How do I get to the campsite in Saujon?

Coming by car

To get to Camping du Lac de Saujon by car, follow these instructions:

  • From Paris:
    • Take the A10 freeway towards Bordeaux.
    • Exit at Saintes (exit 35) and follow signs for Royan via the D728.
    • Continue on the D730 towards Saujon.
    • Follow the signs for “Camping du Lac de Saujon” or “Voie des Tourterelles”.
  • From Bordeaux:
    • Take the A10 freeway towards Paris.
    • Exit at Mirambeau (exit 37b) and take the D730 towards Royan.
    • Continue on the D730 to Saujon.
    • Follow the signs for “Camping du Lac de Saujon” or “Voie des Tourterelles”.
  • From La Rochelle:
    • Take the N137 towards Rochefort.
    • Continue on the D733 towards Royan.
    • Take the D730 to Saujon.

Coming by train

To get to Camping du Lac de Saujon by train :

  • From Paris:
    • Take the TGV to La Rochelle or Saintes.
    • From La Rochelle or Saintes, take a TER train to Royan.
    • Get off at Saujon station.
